Due to our high volume of patient care, we are able to serve all our patients better if our office receives a FULL business day’s notice to cancel an appointment. (For example: an 8AM Monday appointment is requested to be cancelled by 8AM the previous Friday.) If you do not keep your appointment we cannot see other patients who need care. In order to encourage our patients to provide us with enough notice, a charge will be made for broken appointments when less than the necessary 24 hours notice is given. We realize, of course, that emergencies do happen, and our office will make exceptions when deemed appropriate.
As a condition of your treatment by this office, financial arrangements must be made in advance. The practice depends upon reimbursement from patients for the costs incurred in their care. Financial responsibility on the part of each patient must be determined before treatment.
We currently are only "In-Network" with Delta Dental. We do however bill other dental carriers and are compensated as an "Out of Network" provider. If you have any questions please feel free to call.
